Is it possible to get a Same-Day RON?
Absolutely, as long as you provide us with time availability for today, we will do our best to get you set-up promptly.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
We will give a full refund for RON sessions as long as you contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. If you contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled session, we will keep the initial $25 that was paid when you first requested the RON session and refund the rest.
How does the billing process work?
You will pay a $25 down payment and the remainder of your fees will be due when our team receives your RON/Document Preparation request.
What is the process for managing document preparation requests?
We will receive your online form submissions and we will use that information to process your request. Expect us to reach out for additional information.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
Absolutely! You will receive a receipt for your initial request, as well as a receipt for the final amount of the RON session or Document Preparation.
