Online Notary Pricing
First Notary Signature
$25
This applies to every online notary sessions. This covers one notary seal. NOT the amount of times the client has to sign the form.
Additional Notary Signatures
$15 per each additional notary signatures
This only applies if the notary is applying their seal to more of the clients signatures. NOT the amount of times the client has to sign the form.
Witness Signatures
$15 for witness signatures
This only applies if notary has to supply the witnesses.

Legal Documentation Preparation Pricing
Starting and $75
This fee includes the complete preparation and delivery a Last Will and Testament. The completed document will be emailed upon completion for the customer to take to a local notary for in-person signing.
This fee is subject to the complexity of the Last Will and Testament but will never exceed the cost of $150.
Due to the current online notary laws, it is prohibited for a Last Will and Testament to be notarized online.

This fee includes the complete preparation and delivery a Durable Power of Attorney. The completed document will be emailed upon completion for the customer to take to a local notary for in-person signing.

Property & Conveyances: Acts of Sale (movable and immovable property), real estate transfers, deeds, mortgages, and security agreements.
Family & Estate Planning: Acts of Adoption, Matrimonial Agreements, and Provisional Custody by Mandate.
Business & Corporate: Incorporations, Limited Liability Company (LLC) operating agreements, partnership agreements, and lien waivers.
General Documents: Affidavits (such as Affidavits of Heirship and Affidavits of Correction), Mandates (General and Limited Power of Attorney), and contracts of all kinds.
