IMPORTANT: Certain documents cannot be notarized electronically under Louisiana law as well as other states laws, including wills, codicils, trusts, donations inter vivos, and matrimonial agreements. If your document falls into one of these categories, we can still prepare the document for you and send it to you, but it must be notarized in-person. IMPORTANT FEE NOTICE

Most online notary sessions are $25 for one notary stamp, however if there are multiple notary stamps or witnesses are needed there will be an additional $15 for each notary stamp and $10 additional if witnesses are needed.

For Document preparation services each document has different pricing therefore the fee collected here is a deposit towards the final document preparation fee, which will be billed for before the final document is sent via email.
